The Company's Health and Safety Policy states:

Fernoak and its operatives will conduct their work in a safe and responsible manner to safeguard the public and its employees.

All work will be carried in accordance with BS3998 to a high recognised professional standard using ropes, harnesses, chain saws and other equipment that is regularly maintained and tested as appropriately e.g. LOLER.

The operatives will wear the appropriate PPE on site and act as their own safety officer and will act responsibly towards his co-workers and the general public.

We are certified for lighting and guarding under the New Roads & Street Works Act 1991. This is a mandatory requirement for work adjacent to any highway.
